Do you use AQL sampling?

AQL sampling can be discussed for your order. The sampling plan, defect classifications and acceptance criteria must be agreed before inspection.

Is every garment inspected?

Inspection coverage follows the agreed plan. Sampling inspection checks selected pieces; any requirement for every garment to be checked should be confirmed separately.

Can I supply a checklist?

Can I appoint an inspector?

Customer-appointed and third-party inspections can be coordinated. Timing, access, documents, fees and reporting responsibilities should be agreed in advance.

What tests can be arranged?

Depending on the product and agreed scope, testing may cover wash-related changes, colorfastness, pilling, abrasion, stretch recovery or print durability. Methods, criteria and any laboratory costs are confirmed separately.

Will I receive a report?

Report contents follow the agreed inspection scope and may include measurements, findings, photos, corrective actions and reinspection results.

What if inspection fails?

Findings are recorded and reviewed to identify affected goods and agree corrective actions. Reinspection and dispatch decisions follow the agreed requirements.

How are post-delivery issues handled?

Share the order details, affected quantities, photos and supporting records. We review the evidence and discuss resolution according to the agreed terms and verified findings.

How are repeat orders controlled?

Repeat orders are reviewed against approved references, current specifications and previous inspection records. Any changes to materials, labels or construction are confirmed before production.
