Fabrics & Techniques FAQs

Can you match a reference fabric?

Yes. We can assess your reference fabric and suggest similar options based on composition, structure and intended use. Final matching depends on availability and confirmation with physical samples.

Can I request swatches?

Share your product type, preferred composition, weight and hand feel so we can review suitable swatches. Availability, sample charges and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each request.

Can you develop custom colors?

Custom color development can be reviewed against a physical reference or agreed color standard. Lab dips, minimum quantities, development costs and approval conditions depend on the selected fabric and dyeing process.

How do I choose fabric weight?

Consider the garment type, season, desired drape, coverage and target hand feel. Compare physical samples alongside composition and construction, since weight alone does not determine performance or comfort.

Which logo technique suits my fabric?

The choice depends on fabric composition, stretch, surface, artwork detail and desired finish. A print or embroidery trial on the selected fabric helps confirm appearance, flexibility and application suitability.

Can I supply my own material?

Customer-supplied materials can be reviewed for suitability. Please provide specifications, available quantity and delivery details so inspection, usage allowances and production responsibilities can be agreed.

Are recycled or certified options available?

Availability depends on the material, supplier and project requirements. Specify the certification or recycled-content requirement so relevant documentation, scope and traceability can be checked before approval.

How are performance claims verified?

Define the intended application, required performance and agreed test method first. Evidence may include supplier documentation, internal checks or independent laboratory reports. Testing scope and costs are agreed per project.

What affects minimum quantities?

Minimum quantities depend on stock availability, custom knitting or weaving, dyeing batches and technique setup. Fabric, color, printing and garment minimums may differ.

Will repeat orders use the same material?

Repeat orders are checked against the approved specification and current availability. New batches may require shade or sample approval. Any material substitution should be reviewed and agreed before production.

What is needed for a quote?

Send your product type, reference images or tech pack, material requirements, colors, quantities, size range, branding artwork and target delivery date. Include any testing or certification requirements.
